This talk will cover a wide range of heirlooms that a family might pass down: photographs, books and Bibles, paintings, silhouettes, jewelry, clothing, medals, buttons, silver, clocks, furniture - even ancestral houses and barns. It will discuss sources for investigating them to the fullest and provide methodologies that allow them to tell your ancestor's story.
